Life Instructions For Today

At Heart n Hand, it is our intent to increase the efforts in addressing the growing homeless problems in southern Jackson and northern Cass counties. To accomplish this we are working diligently towards creating a Homeless Prevention Center and expanding our L.I.F.T. Program. Addressing Long-Term Homelessness through this program of redevelopment of life perception and education of choice would alleviate short term "emergency" homelessness. Finally, the image that Heart n Hand wishes to portray through these efforts will exude one of honesty, character, integrity and leadership to give the community a hope for independence and self-sufficiency.
