In addition to our appointment-only food pantry, Heart-n-Hand Ministries, Inc. sponsors a Mobile Food Pantry providing fresh food every 2nd Wednesday of the each month. Food is donated through Harvesters. Food is distributed on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Immediate food availability serves our main goal: Committing to the empowerment of poor and homeless individuals in the Cass County, Mo. community. We strive to meet the needs of the whole person — Spiritual, Physical, and Emotional, so that they may become independent and self-sufficient.

The need to feed the community is great.  Even our food pantry appointments fill up by 9 am on Monday.

The success of this Project is only realized by the generosity of the Cass County community volunteers. We receive no government support in our administration, and we are not a United Way agency. We depend completely on donations from individuals, groups, businesses, foundations churches and grants.

If you would like to volunteer or donate to this specific outreach, please contact us at (816) 322-1133.

To participate in the Mobile Food Pantry, you will need to sign in with your name and how many are in your household. Please bring your own sacks or boxes to carry your food. Food is distributed on a first come-first serve basis from 3 pm to 4 pm, every 2nd Wednesday of the month.
